1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Bodevo's websites, mobile applications, and services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Our services

Bodevo provides a platform for fitness businesses to manage their operations and for members of the public to discover and book fitness services. We act as a technology provider — the relationship between a fitness business and its members is between them.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

4. For fitness businesses

• Listing your business and classes on Bodevo is free
• There is no lock-in period — you can remove your listing at any time
• We do not charge commission on bookings or memberships
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, class schedules, and pricing
• You must hold appropriate insurance and qualifications for the services you offer
• Premium features (payment processing, branded apps) are available on paid tiers with transparent pricing

5. For members

• Creating a member account is free
• Bookings and memberships are between you and the fitness business
• Cancellation and refund policies are set by each business
• You should complete any required health screening (e.g. PAR-Q) honestly
• You participate in fitness activities at your own risk

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Payment disputes should be raised with the fitness business in the first instance. Bodevo can assist in resolving disputes where necessary.

Bodevo acts as a disclosed agent. All transactions for memberships, class bookings, and other services are contracts between you and the fitness business — not between you and Bodevo. We facilitate payment processing on behalf of the business but are not a party to the transaction. The fitness business is responsible for the supply of services, applicable taxes, and any refunds or cancellations.

7. Content and conduct

You must not use our platform to post misleading, offensive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

Bodevo is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of fitness services booked through our platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
